N/T 5.3 Little Gangster X

This class is a heads-up, no-time style race designed for small tire door cars running a 275 radial or 28x10.5 (non-W) tire. Pairings are determined by chip or card draw each round, keeping the competition unpredictable and exciting.

Event Format

  • .400 Pro Tree
  • 1/8 Mile Heads-Up Racing
  • Boards Off – Time Slips Cut
  • Chip/Card Draw Each Round for Pairings
  • Door Cars Only

Steel roof and quarter panels are required. Factory fiberglass Corvettes are permitted.

Entry Fee & Payout

Entry Fee: $100
100% Payback

Guaranteed Payout Based on First Round Entries:

  • 8 Cars – $700 to Win
  • 16 Cars – $1,400 to Win

Points Structure

Winner: 150 Points
Runner-Up: 120 Points
Semi-Finalists: 90 Points
Quarter-Finalists: 60 Points
First Round Show-Up: 50 Points

Car must take the tree to receive show-up points.

Protest Fee: $100

Testing Policy

No testing is allowed the day of the event.

Kentucky Dragway conducts a normal Test & Tune session that runs at the end of each round of bracket classes on Saturdays. This session is not available for Little Gangster X participants.

Race Completion

All Semi-Final and Final rounds must be completed in order to receive payout unless otherwise determined by the track operator.

Run order may change depending on car counts in each class.

Break Passes & Refunds

  • No Break Passes
  • No Entry Fee Refunds once a car has appeared on the racing surface, including the burnout area
  • No spectator or crew refunds under any circumstances

Promoter Authority

The promoter has final authority on all rule interpretations and eligibility. If the promoter determines a vehicle fits within the intent of the class in order to maintain class integrity and payout structure, that decision is final.
